Looks like lawmakers are at it again. Now the city of Alabaster, Alabama, a suburb of Birmingham is considering a smoking ban. Trying to decide between two types, one like Hoover, AL which pretty much elminates all smoking at businesses, or one modeled after Prattville, AL where businesses decalare either smoking or non-smoking.
